She holds a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Sociology, a Master’s in Human Services and Counseling, and a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration, equipping her with the knowledge to navigate both the practical and emotional aspects of financial decision-making. Before founding Everett Equation Wealth Solutions, Charmagne served in leadership roles across the academic, mental health, and financial sectors, working as a clinician, educator, and program developer. Her work in these spaces shaped her passion for helping people create stability, security, and a vision for their future.
